Volunteers makes a huge difference to the youth club, the young people and the community
Most people volunteer 2-4 hours per week, but this can be discussed
Monday-Friday 4-8pm
As a youth club volunteer you will, assist Mary’s Youth Club team providing exciting opportunities to young people in the club.
With excellent listening skills and the ability to empathise, you will build relationships of respect and trust and help maintain a welcoming, caring, safe and fun environment for Mary’s Youth Club members.
Youth Support Workers support our open access setting, skills development, health and fitness, and creative and social action programmes. (Mon-Fri).
Flexible Hours
We are looking for creative, friendly and committed people to help us behind the scenes assisting with social media and marketing across all platforms
We also have a newsletter that goes out quarterly and an email list that we can develop
We sell First Aid courses and would love to have some help with the promotion and sales of these too
Tuesday 6-8pm, every other month
We’re looking for eager and knowledgeable members of our fundraising trustee sub-committee.
If you join this sub group, you wont be involved with the governance related to being a trustee.
Instead you’ll work collaboratively on annual events, fundraising initiatives and campaigns, and grant applications. This role would suit someone who is creative, enjoys networking and building partnerships

Sometimes people want to help but aren’t able to commit to something more involved, that’s where our two ad-hoc positions come in:
No previous experience is needed for these roles. Training will be provided
Soft skills– teamwork, creativity, critical thinking/reflection, self-awareness, adaptability, time management
Hard skills– content creation, customer service, Microsoft Office, copywriting, project management
GDPR, Safeguarding, Health & Safety at Work, Equality and Diversity (optional Food Hygiene and Safety)
