Sally has over a decade of experience working with young people. She has been at Marys for the last eight years: coordinating the balanced programme, expanding youth work delivery and supporting workforce development in her role as the Youth Development Manager.

She has now also assumed the role of CEO, taking the organisation forwards into a stable future.
