At Mary’s Youth Club, we’re not just a youth club – we’re a vibrant community where young people aged 10-19 (up to 25 for those with disabilities) come together to share, grow, learn and enjoy. We believe in creating joyful and enriching experiences that empower every young person who walks through our doors.

Our open access youth club runs dynamic programmes Monday to Friday, offering something for everyone. Whether it’s the energy of drop-in activities like video games, table tennis, and board games, or the focused buzz of creative arts, health and wellbeing, social action, and life skills workshops, there’s always something exciting happening here. We take pride in supporting young people to shape their own activities, fostering independence and creativity every step of the way.

Young people describe us as “like a family” – a safe, friendly, and welcoming space where they can be themselves. We’re proud of the community we’ve built: inclusive, warm, and full of heart. Our team is deeply committed to the values of youth work – equality, justice, lifelong learning, and reflective practice. Together, we work tirelessly to support young people in overcoming challenges and finding their next steps in life, whether through opportunities in-house or by connecting them with external agencies.

At Mary’s, we’re always evolving. As an outward-facing charity, we’re dedicated to pushing the boundaries of youth work and growing with the needs of our young people and community. Joining us means stepping into a role where ambition, collaboration, and devotion to youth work are at the core of everything you do.

If you’re passionate about making a difference, love working as part of a team, and are ready to bring your energy and ideas to a thriving youth work environment, we’d love to hear from you. This is more than a job – it’s a chance to create something truly special, alongside young people who will inspire you every day.

Come grow with us – and help make Mary’s a place where young people belong, flourish, and shine.
